WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?

It is an extensive visual evaluation of the structure, systems, and components of a home from the basement or crawlspace to the attic and roof. It includes foundations, framing, roofing, siding, masonry, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and more. The Inspector considers structural integrity, quality of workmanship and materials used, and the life expectancy of the different components in the home.
